THE PRODUCT. ProspectPRO Leads advertises on a variety of high traffic web sites in order to generate business opportunity leads. A detailed description of how all leads are gathered is available on the ProspectPRO Leads web site, and all product guarantees are described in detail on the web site as well.

REFUND POLICY: The purchaser ackowledges that there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for leads purchased from ProspectPRO Leads. Any lead with incorrect contact information will be replaced as per the ProspectPRO Leads guarantee as described in detail at the ProspectPRO Leads web site.

The contact information that is gathered by ProspectPRO Leads is presumed to be accurate, and in the event that an email addres or telephone number is not valid, ProspectPRO Leads will replace that lead as per the terms of the guarantee as listed on our web site.

LEAD REPLACEMENTS: All requests for lead replacements must be made no more than 15 days after the of the date on which the leads were delivered by ProspectPRO Leads

GENERAL. If you are NOT satisfied with our service, terms, conditions, rules, guidelines or policies, in operating the service, your one and only remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

MONTHLY SUBSCIPTIONS. ProspectPRO Leads is NOT responsible for canceling monthly subscriptions. After signing up for a monthly auto-ship program, the customer agrees to be re-billed automatically each and every month until applicant cancels their account.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES, INDEMNIFICATION. ProspectPRO Leads DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE LEAD SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE LEADS ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ProspectPRO Leads WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS THAT YOU AND/OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER WHEN USING THE LEADS. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ProspectPRO Leads AND/OR OTHERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE LEADS PROVIDED TO. YOU BY ProspectPRO Leads. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE LEADS PROVIDED BY ProspectPRO Leads IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER ProspectPRO Leads NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR THEIR EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SERVICE.

YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SERVICE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR SPAM ACTIVITIES! YOU MAY NOT USE THE LEADS YOU PURCHASE FROM ProspectPRO Leads TO PROMOTE SPAM-RELATED PRODUCTS!

ProspectPRO Leads has the right to modify these RULES AND REGULATIONS at any time without notice.
