disputing exactly when the cancellation request was submitted.
We recommend reviewing the Terms of Service , which is a legally
binding contract between you and ProspectPRO Leads, so that you fully understand the 7-day
advance notice provision of the agreement.
Please Read This -- We do offer a generous Replacement Policy for leads that covers undeliverable
email addresses or invalid phone numbers. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the
industry, and of online lead generation in general, this is something that is unavoidable.
But in order to keep you as a customer, we are willing to eat the cost of
